2 1/4 cups Flour

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) Melted Butter

1 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Brown Sugar (packed)

2 Large Eggs

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 Hershey’s Cookies ‘N’ Creme 1.55oz candy bars, chopped

*or 1/1/2 cups White Chocolate Chips

1 1/2 c. Sandwich Cookies (Oreos or other), chopped

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 9 x-13 pan with parchment, leaving a 2 inch overhang on all sides. In a small bowl, mix the flour, salt, and baking soda, then set aside.

In a medium  bowl whisk together the melted butter and sugars until combined, then add the eggs and vanilla and beat well, scrape the bowl as needed. Switch to a large spoon & slowly add in the flour mixture and mix until just combined. Fold in 1 cup of the chopped chocolate bar and 1 cup chopped cookies.

Spread evenly into the prepared pan and top with remaining chocolate and cookies. Bake blondies until the edges are just golden, check at 30 minutes. Make sure that the center is mostly set, not too doughy. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then lift out of the pan using the overhang of parchment and place on a cooling rack. Allow to cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
