Cutting Mangoes

- 100 calories
- 1 gram protein
- 3 grams of fiber
- 100 percent of the daily need for vitamin C
- 35 percent of vitamin A
- 20 percent of folate
- 10 percent of vitamin B-6
- 8 percent of vitamin K and potassium
Mangoes also have antioxidants such as zeaxanthin and beta-carotene.
