Cutting Mangoes


If you’ve never cut a mango before, it can be a little intimidating. Watch my video demonstration to learn how. Mangoes are not only absolutely delicious, but also super nutritious. Just one cup of mango provides the following:

  • 100 calories
  • 1 gram protein
  • 3 grams of fiber
  • 100 percent of the daily need for vitamin C
  • 35 percent of vitamin A
  • 20 percent of folate
  • 10 percent of vitamin B-6
  • 8 percent of vitamin K and potassium

Mangoes also have antioxidants such as zeaxanthin and beta-carotene.
