4th of July Strawberries

These festive little treats are yummy, easy to make and are sure to satisfy a crowd.

 

4 LB fresh strawberries

10 oz bag Ghiradelli White Melting Wafers

Blue Sprinkles

 

Wipe strawberries clean with a damp paper towel and cut the stems off. Pour sprinkles into a small bowl. Melt chocolate as directed and stir until smooth. Dip strawberry into chocolate then shake vigorously to remove excess, then dip the tip into sprinkles. Place on a plate and allow chocolate to firm back up. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. You can always cut this recipe in half or make more if needed. I used 3/4 of the bag of chocolate. Enjoy.
